Los Altos Institute now has a two monthly movie nights that screen films in the Vancouver and Prince George areas, beginning with an introduction that places the film in historical context. Viewers then enjoy a discussion, following the film, along with beer, wine and snacks. The Vancouver group’s chairperson is Michael Demers and their regular venue is Cedar Cottage Neighbourhood Pub at 3728 Clark Drive at 7pm.
